Farzana Moinuddin is the Chief Accounting Officer & VP of Finance at Midwest Vision Partners, where she is responsible for leading MVP’s accounting, finance, payables, treasury, tax and revenue cycle functions.

Prior to joining MVP, Farzana has held leadership roles at Stericycle, Nanosphere and Perma-Pipe, focusing on establishing financial discipline, process improvements, compliance and FP&A.

Farzana holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a BSc in Accounting from University of Phoenix.

Born and raised in Zambia, Farzana holds strong ties to the Central African region, where she is on the advisory board of her family’s foundation in Zimbabwe, an NFP organization focused on eliminating hunger in the local region.

Farzana is married and lives with her husband in the suburbs of Chicago. She is a Pilates enthusiast, an avid reader and an adventurous traveler.
