Doctors of Optometry has been proudly serving the community of Parma, Ohio with quality eyecare since 1938. The practice was opened by Dr. Joseph E. Fitzgerald where he practiced with DOO for 48 years. During this time the practice has grown, moved, and even acquired a practice in North Royalton, but it has always been committed to quality care.

In 1977, Dr. Paul Dowd joined the Practice and in 1986 Dr. Emmanual Zanoudakis joined when Dr. Fitzgerald Retired. In 2002 both the Parma and North Royalton locations were moved to a new state-of-the-art facility in Parma where they are still practicing today.
