“I became an optometrist because I truly have great satisfaction in helping others. Most everyone will agree that sight is one of the most valued senses of the human body. I feel the best when I know I have made a difference in a patient by helping them preserve their vision, which ultimately will make their quality of life better.
It is extremely important that one gives back to their profession. Next, to helping patients, I enjoy the teaching and mentoring aspect of being a doctor.”
David L. Bejot’s many years working at The Eye Center of Toledo with premier surgeon Kevin L. Alexander, OD, Ph.D., have enabled him to pass along clinical skills and academic knowledge to students. Doctor Bejot enjoys teaching and instructing future doctors from Ohio State, Indiana, and Michigan College of Optometry, and local family practice residents within the greater Toledo area.
What you can expect during your visit:
“My top priority is to make sure each and every patient feel they are receiving great care, and have access to the best doctors, and cutting-edge technology. I feel it is extremely important that every member of our staff treat our patients with respect and answer all questions with a smile.
I always try to answer every question a patient or family member may ask in the easiest fashion, so that everyone understands the problem and how to manage it. We are committed to providing all patients the best eye care possible.”
