Dr. Katie Greiner, Optometrist
Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons; VP of Physician Engagement | Midwest Vision Partner
Hi there! I’m Dr. Katie Greiner, and I’m so excited you’re exploring what MVP has to offer. As the VP of Physician Engagement, I get to wear a couple of hats—spending part of my week in the clinic fitting specialty contact lenses, especially scleral lenses, and the other part working closely with our doctors and doctor candidates to ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
My role here is all about helping new doctors connect with MVP and feel supported as they settle in, while never forgetting about our experienced docs. I serve as the go-to liaison between our doctors and the company, making sure you have the resources you need for success. Since I’m still seeing patients regularly, I understand the challenges you may face in the clinic—whether it’s EHR, compliance, billing, testing, or staffing. I’m here to make sure you don’t feel alone in any of it.
I also love providing opportunities for ongoing education through in-person and virtual learning on a range of topics, plus helping our doctors get involved in committees that shape important decisions in areas like New Technology, Clinical Quality, and Doctor Education.
At MVP, you’ll always have a resource you can count on. I’m here to support you and make sure you thrive, both in your clinical work and as a part of our vibrant team. I can’t wait to meet you and help you on your journey with us!
Thanks for visiting our website, and I hope to connect soon.

Why did you choose to join MVP/NEOES?
I was lucky enough to have the experience of completing an externship at NEOES while a student, so I knew the quality of the doctors and level care that patients received at the practice. I remember thinking that I wanted to be a part of a community of ODs and MDs that have a strong commitment to bettering not only the lives of their patients, but each other. The network of doctors amongst MVP is an admiral example of that.
What were you looking for that MVP/NEOES provided during your job search?
I was looking for a job that would foster growth as a clinician. I saw the growth potential with MVP, as the resources offered would continue to challenge, educate, and support me.
How has your experience been so far?
My experience so far has been exciting. As credentialing has been underway, I’ve been able to establish patients, befriend colleagues, grow with my staff, and cultivate a vision for my career ahead.

Retina Consultants of Michigan
Why did you choose to join MVP/RCOM?
I completed my fellowship at Henry Ford, and from the very first day, I was told, “If we need help, we have RCOM.” That statement stuck with me, and I knew then that I wanted to be part of the best practice in Michigan. MVP/RCOM is known for its excellence, and that is what ultimately drew me here.
What were you looking for that MVP/RCOM provided during your job search?
I was looking for a healthy and supportive work environment, as well as a place where I could practice retina care the way I believe it should be done. Additionally, I wanted an opportunity to grow professionally and continuously improve over time. MVP/RCOM provides exactly that—an environment where I can develop my skills and make a meaningful impact.
How has your experience been so far?
Since joining in late September, my experience has been nothing short of positive. I’ve received all the support I need to build and expand my practice. The team has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the transition smooth and allowing me to focus on providing the best care for my patients.
