Andrew is the Chief Financial Officer at MVP, responsible for financial strategy, corporate development, and investor relations for the company. Prior to joining MVP, Andrew worked at PepsiCo, where he sat on their eCommerce and Innovation team, supporting eCommerce-centered Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and commercial relationships with retailers and platforms such as Walmart, Instacart, and Kroger. Prior to PepsiCo, Andrew was an investment banking professional at Deutsche Bank, where he sat in the M&A group, working with clients across consumer retail, real estate, and services.

Andrew holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Andrew is originally from Cupertino, California but now lives in Chicago. In his free time, Andrew enjoys reading and long-distance running.
