Biography

Starting September 1st

Dr. Bunge finds it immensely rewarding to help patients preserve and restore their vision. He believes the best care begins by listening – taking the time to understand each patient’s goals and lifestyle – before working together to come up with a personalized treatment plan.

Dr. Bunge uses the latest technology in cataract surgery, including femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, toric intraocular lenses for astigmatism correction, and presbyopia-correcting lens implants for patients who desire them. He also provides medical glaucoma management, laser procedures, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, tailoring treatment to each patient’s unique needs.

Committed to community service, Dr. Bunge has participated in volunteer clinics and mission trips to treat medically underserved communities. He values lasting relationships with patients and referring providers alike, and is dedicated to providing every patient with the same care and respect he would want for his own family.
