Dr. David Portney is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who manages a wide range of ocular conditions, both medical and surgical. Dr. Portney’s commitment to excellence began during his extensive training at the University of Michigan, where he completed his undergraduate degree. He subsequently obtained his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Michigan. He then completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center.
