Dr. Jenna Bernard was born and raised in Green, OH. She attended the University of Akron for her Bachelor of Science Degree, followed by attending the Ohio State University College of Optometry in order to pursue her Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Bernard completed her optometric rotations at the Canton VA Clinic and Roholt Vision Institute in Alliance and Canton, OH.
While in optometry school, she served as President of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists and was able to go on a mission’s trip to Jamaica where she helped provide vision screenings, eye exams, prayers, and encouragement to hundreds of people in the surrounding communities. She also helped lead the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and Lions Club, and earned the Gold Key International Leader Award while attending OSU. She is passionate about serving her patients in any way she can and plans to be a lifelong learner in order to keep up to date on the latest advancements in eyecare for her patients.
In her free time, Dr. Bernard enjoys going on hikes, playing tennis, and visiting new restaurants and coffee shops. She places great value in her faith, family, and friends.
