Biography

Dr. Nilam Trivedi is a dedicated and compassionate optometrist committed to providing comprehensive eye care to patients four and older. With a deep passion for enhancing and preserving vision, Dr. Trivedi serves the community with exceptional eye care.

Dr. Trivedi grew up in Farmington Hills, MI. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Michigan College of Optometry – Ferris State University where she gained extensive knowledge in diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions. Dr. Trivedi’s clinical training was completed at John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Duane L. Waters Hospital Eye Clinic, and Henry Ford OptimEyes. She has participated in a mission trip to Honduras and vision screening for Special Olympics of Michigan athletes.

Dr. Trivedi believes in a patient-centered approach, taking the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and tailor treatments to their unique needs. Whether you need a routine eye exam, or management of a complex eye condition, Dr. Trivedi is dedicated to delivering personalized care with the utmost precision and care.

Outside of work, Dr. Trivedi enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on the Detroit Lions. She is passionate about public health, humanitarian work, and fostering STEM education. She looks forward to using her optometric training in conjunction with her passions to transform lives of patients both locally and globally.
