Samantha R. Zaczyk, O.D., F.C.O.V.D., also known as “Dr. Z” grew up in Ravenna, Ohio. She attended The Ohio State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree before moving to Pomona, California to attend Western University of Health Sciences where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry. She has a passion for caring for our pediatric population starting from birth. She also has a knack for helping patients that have suffered from a traumatic brain injury (TBI) or other binocular vision issues from medical problems such as a stroke victims. She offers vision therapy to help these patients oftentimes regain quality of life. There are few doctors in the country that focus their careers on these areas and Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons is very lucky to have her. Dr. Zaczyk currently resides in Macedonia with her husband and son. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family
