Alyssa is the Chief People Officer at MVP. In her role, she is responsible for enabling a positive and engaging employee experience, and overseeing the HR functions that bring that experience to life.

Alyssa’s background is in healthcare, starting her career with UNC Physicians Network before joining Aon on their Health Transformation team. At Aon, Alyssa devised strategies for global employers centered on improving the health and wellbeing of their people — touching engagement, benefits, compensation, and diversity, equity & inclusion.

Alyssa holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Gillings School of Public Health. Alyssa is originally from Greensboro, NC but now resides in Chicago with her partner. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors.
