Katie L. Greiner, O.D., M.S., M.B.A., F.A.A.O.

Katie L. Greiner, O.D., M.S., M.B.A., F.A.A.O., is a recognized as an optometric leader in northeast Ohio and beyond. Dr. Greiner, optometrist and Vice President of Physician Engagement for Midwest Vision Partners, dedicates her practice to comprehensive eye care for the whole family including a special interest in corneal diseases and irregularities with a strong focus on hard-to-fit contact lenses including scleral lenses. In 2025, she was awarded the National Keratoconus Foundation’s Keratoconus Doctor of the Year Award. She is also passionate about dry eye evaluations and treatment options.
The Ohio State University College of Optometry’s “2009 Graduate of the Year,” Dr. Greiner holds several prestigious professional leadership positions within the state, including serving as the Ohio Optometric Zone 3 Governor and on both the East-West Eye Conferences’ Visionary and Education Committees. She is a frequent lecturer at this annual conference on the topics of contact lenses and eye surgery. She also served as State Membership Chair for the Ohio Optometric Association for five years.

The Ohio State University College of Optometry’s “2009 Graduate of the Year,” Dr. Greiner holds several prestigious professional leadership positions within the state, including a seat as an Ohio Optometric Association Board Member. She is a frequent lecturer and published author on the topics of contact lenses, eye disease and eye surgery.
Dr. Greiner completed her Healthcare MBA at Baldwin Wallace in 2019 allowing her to both see patients 2 days a week and oversee our doctor teams. She also serves as a Clinical Attending Optometrist to The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Married with two busy children, Dr. Greiner enjoys skiing, pilates, and traveling in her free time.
