Katie L. Greiner, O.D., M.S., M.B.A., F.A.A.O., is a recognized as an optometric leader in northeast Ohio and beyond. Dr. Greiner, optometrist and Chief Executive Officer at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons, dedicates her practice to comprehensive eye care for the whole family including the evaluation and treatment of dry eye, diabetic eye disease, corneal diseases and irregularities and has a special interest in hard-to-fit contact lenses. She is also the Optometric Director for Refractive and Elective Services conducting LASIK, PRK and specialty implant evaluations as well as providing post-operative care for these services.

The Ohio State University College of Optometry’s “2009 Graduate of the Year,” Dr. Greiner holds several prestigious professional leadership positions within the state, including serving as the Ohio Optometric Zone 3 Governor and on both the East-West Eye Conferences’ Visionary and Education Committees. She is a frequent lecturer at this annual conference on the topics of contact lenses and eye surgery. She also served as State Membership Chair for the Ohio Optometric Association for five years.

Dr. Greiner completed her Healthcare MBA at Baldwin Wallace in 2019 allowing her to both see patients 2-3 days a week and oversee our offices and team of directors. She also serves as a Clinical Attending Optometrist to The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

Married with two children, Dr. Greiner enjoys skiing, yoga, Pilates and traveling.
